MuseGen.ai operates as a subscription-based SaaS platform. Users may cancel subscriptions or request refunds according to this policy.

2. Free Plan

Our Free Plan is available for users to test MuseGen before purchasing. No payment is required.

3. Paid Subscriptions

• All paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
• You can cancel anytime via your account dashboard.
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved if:

• You were charged in error.
• You experienced a verified technical issue preventing service use.
• Duplicate payments occurred.

Requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction via billing@musegen.ai.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after usage.
• Partial-month cancellations.
• Abuse or violation of Terms of Service.

6. Payment Disputes

If a dispute arises, please contact us first before filing with your bank or payment processor. We aim to resolve issues promptly.
