1. Acceptance of Terms
By using MuseGen.ai, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
MuseGen.ai provides AI-powered music generation, including songs, BGM, and API access. We may update or modify services anytime.
3. Accounts
Users must provide accurate info, maintain security, and are responsible for account activity.
4. Payment & Subscription
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Payments via Creem, Stripe, or approved gateways. Cancel anytime through account dashboard.
5. Ownership of Generated Content
Users retain ownership of generated music.
MuseGen does not claim rights; all outputs can be used for personal or commercial purposes under our license.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the platform for illegal or harmful activities, nor reverse engineer the software.
7. Intellectual Property
MuseGen retains ownership of all technology, branding, and models.
8. Limitation of Liability
Service provided “as is.” We are not responsible for indirect damages.
Liability limited to payments made within 12 months.
9. Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
11. Updates
Using MuseGen after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
12. MV Services Supplement
MuseGen.ai also provides AI-powered music video (MV) generation, including related preview, download, and sharing features.
Users retain ownership of generated MV outputs under these Terms and applicable law, consistent with generated music ownership rules.
Users must ensure they have all necessary rights and permissions for any audio, video, image, text prompt, or other materials used as MV inputs.
To provide MV services, MuseGen may perform limited processing required for service delivery, such as storage, transmission, transcoding, security review, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
Because MV generation is a compute-intensive service, queue time, rendering duration, and output results may vary; specific speed or quality is not guaranteed.
